Q. Who created the Redirecting Children’s Behavior(RCB) course?
A. “Redirecting Children’s Behavior” is strongly influenced by the work of Rudolf Dreikurs, MD., author of the highly acclaimed book “Children: The Challenge”. The course was developed by Kathryn Kvols.

Q. Who certifies the instructors for the RCB course?
A. All “Redirecting Children’s Behavior” instructors are certified by the International Network for Children and Families. INCAF is one of the only originations that require their instructors to get their cert and maintain their certification through continuing education.

Q. What are the benefits of the RCB course?
A. Parents are given easy-to-learn positive parenting skills that allow them to redirect their children’s behavior through loving guidance rather than ineffective punishment. They will learn tips on using logical consequences, setting limits, and achieving peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Q. How does one-on-one coaching work?
A. Coaching is done over the phone for 30 - 45 min once a week. The minimum number of the sessions is determined during the discovery session, which is a 15 minutes conversation about the specific issues the client would like to solve.
